A person reads every message — no ticket queue, no autoresponder. What helps most depends on what you’re writing about:

Wrong or outdated conventions

If a figure on the site no longer matches what an issuer actually asks for, that’s our highest-priority mail. The most useful reports include the issuer’s name, the requirement they published (or what their portal rejected), and a link to their page if one exists. For documented standards — the 35×45 mm family — an official source lets us fix the same day; for conventions, a credible report of “my employer/school wanted X” is how the table gets better.

Bugs in the maker

If the tool misbehaved — a crop that wouldn’t move, a check result that contradicts its own detail line, a download that produced the wrong size — tell us:

• which preset and which inputs you used (and the custom ratio, if custom),
• what you saw versus what you expected,
• your browser and device.

Because photos never leave your device, we can’t see the file you used — but the details above almost always let us reproduce the problem with a test image. If you’re comfortable attaching the photo, that helps too; it will only ever be read, never stored.

Preset requests

Badge systems, campus-card formats, a country’s card size we don’t cover — tell us which document and roughly how often it’s asked for. Real demand decides which presets get added next.

One honest limitation

We can’t tell you whether your specific photo will be accepted by your specific issuer — for most non-passport formats there is no central rulebook to consult, and the final call always belongs to whoever issued the requirement. But if a check looks wrong — a measurement that doesn’t match the detail it shows — that’s a bug, and we want it.
